Gun laws are complex and varied. This Site’s purpose is not to summarize all state and local laws applicable to ammunition. You can undoubtedly find that elsewhere on the internet. This Site’s purpose is to enable you to lawfully buy ammunition at the best prices. But note that in doing so, DSOVN complies with all local, state, and federal laws.

You are responsible for checking your own state and local laws. You must be aware of laws that affect your purchase. You must check them before ordering from our website.

In general, to buy ammunition, you must have:

• been born at least 21 years ago;

• never been convicted of a crime punishable by imprisonment exceeding one year;

• never been adjudicated as mentally defective or been committed to a mental institution;

• never been a fugitive from justice, or an unlawful user of a controlled substance;

• never been dishonorably discharged from the Armed Forces;

• never renounced your US citizenship;

• never been convicted of a misdemeanor crime of domestic violence; or

• never been subject to a court order that restrains you from harassing, stalking, or threatening an intimate partner or a child.

***Note: The Site can only ship ammunition to locations with laws that regulate ammunition if you provide the required and necessary documents under state/local law in a timely manner. Your order will not be processed until you have satisfied all legal requirements.
